Hey Mystrands people, do only artists that you have manually added to your database show up? Or do all artists that we scrobble automatically create their own artist pages? I scrobble Afrikaans music, but they are relatively unknown, so I was just wondering about this.
I saw the post on synch problem for winamp- what about the simple mac / itunes - will not synch
every launch says needs to update- then says 0 out of 0 songs were recognized... features like... are available
I have 3568 songs in my library- it does not scan them all- goes to the complete message very quickly
any thoughts?

Is there a way to get MyStrands working with this set up? Every time I try to install MyStrands it pops up a box requesting the lastest version of WMP is installed...

Is anyone else having this problem? I can't seem to add any artists to my account or update album information. I've tried on 2 seperate computers, but after updating album info am brought to a blank page with a DONE status indicator. Same happens when I try to upload a new artist picture.
When there are technical problems, it'd be good if there was an announcement page so users could see whether they'd been picked up on and when they might be fixed.

I start PartyStrands and it opens the party strands screen, but this only displays "loading contents" and does nothing else... What do I do wrong?

MyStrands version：Windows b0.8.3.002 for Windows Media Player.
This seems like really cool software for discovering new tunes and it's very slick too.
However I can't seem to stream the clips either over my Nokia N80's 3G connection (Vodafone UK) or via my home Wi-fi. The recommendations are shown but when I try to play them it just tells me "Streaming Clip" but does nothing.
I read somewhere to check that my Real Player settings use the same connection, but this seems to make no difference.
Can anyone help please.

Hi. Just downloaded the software but the icon is not in my tray. When I go to programs and try to open it there, it says the program is already running and to use the icon in the tray. Help! It's a circle I can't get out of and I want to check out how it works!
