Can't ever synchronize

0 of 4648 and holding for hours, every time that I try. So what can't it contact or what ports have to be open?

FYI, this occurs if you start MusicStrands first, letting it fire up WMP.

Once I started WMP and let the MusicStrands plugin start MusicStrands, it started synchronizing without incident.

Note that this "fixed" another problem as well. I'll comment there.
