Help with Social Player for Symbian

This seems like really cool software for discovering new tunes and it's very slick too.
However I can't seem to stream the clips either over my Nokia N80's 3G connection (Vodafone UK) or via my home Wi-fi. The recommendations are shown but when I try to play them it just tells me "Streaming Clip" but does nothing.

I read somewhere to check that my Real Player settings use the same connection, but this seems to make no difference.

Can anyone help please.

Yes, RealPlayer must be set to use the same access point as MyStrands Social Player.

We have seen that sometimes streaming of clips fails or hangs. We are working to resolve this limitation.
