Trouble Syncing

Hello,

I've attempted to sync my library a half dozen times. It drops at about 32,000 songs, after about 40 minutes. Total library is around 40,000. Any recommendations?

Hi,

Thanks for posting. We'd like to look into this problem, and it would be very helpful to have your MyStrands log file. If you're using the windows client, and haven't restarted MyStrands since your synch failed, the log file is located in Program Files\MusicStrands\MyStrands\MyStrands.log.

I have the same issue as well. I will grab my log file and send it in too.

ditto here, except it crashes after getting 340 songs. i'm on a mac. uncaught exceptions are teh suck. sending the log now :)
