Synchronizing my music collection

For the third time in less than a week, I can't use playlist builder because MS thinks I haven't synched my library! What gives? Is it something I'm doing or is this a known issue? I haven't added any tracks to my library this week; just playcounts and ratings.

The synch executes and gets to 5600 out of 58?? songs and then just sits there. I tried it three times and left it there for well over 10 minutes, then I canceled it.
Thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the problem. It's one we haven't seen.
To help us debug this issue, we have a few requests:
- Make sure you have the latest version of MyStrands. If you right click on the main window and go to Help | About... the version number should be Windows b0.7.5.000. If you need to upgrade, the newest version of MyStrands is available here.
- If you haven't started up MyStrands again since running into this problem, it would be very useful if you could send us your log file. It should be located in Program Files\MusicStrands\MyStrands\MyStrands.log. You can email it to feedback@musicstrands.com.
- If you have run MyStrands since you had the synchronization problem, the relevant log file will have been deleted. If that's the case, we'd request that you run the synchronization again, then if you experience the same problem send us your log.
- It would also be helpful to know the exact number of tracks in your library.
