Not able to sync my music collection
I've been trying to sync my music collection for the last couple of days with not success. I am using Winamp v. 5.32. I start the sync and within a couple of seconds I get "There was a problem syncronizing your library with the MyStrands server. This may be due to an internet or server connection problem. Please try again later."
My music library is on a network hard drive - Maxtor Shared Storage Drive. I don't know if that is the issue or not. I connect to MyStrands without a problem and am able to use the other features.
Any help would be appreciated.
BTW, I am really enjoying MyStrands!

We're looking into this and will get back to you.
Could you try again, and then send your log to support@mystrands.com? We successfully synchronized from a remote disc, so it would be useful to see what is happening at your end.
The log is located in Program Files\MyStrands_WinAmp\MyStrands.log
