I downloaded MyStrands and when I open it it says the music playing in itunes but doesn't give any recommendations and when I click connect it says server not available. What can I do to solve this? Thanks

Sounds to me like you're having some problem with your internet connection... If you are behind a proxy, you may need to set your proxy to allow MusicStrands access.

It's also possible that our servers were temporarily down (we're at 99.9% uptime, but there are sometimes momentary lapses).

If you continue to see the "not available" message, please contact us at info@musicstrands.com with the data and time, and let us know what kind of system you're using. Our tech team will lookk into it.
