smart recommendations

It seems that the recommendations now exclude artists that I already know. This is good in some cases; for example I own all tracks by U2 so I don't want to get any recommendations on U2 songs. But there are many other bands that I know, but I only have a few of their songs; I'd like to know about more songs from these bands.
You should look at my whole iTunes library and figure out which (complete) albums I own. And exclude only those.
There should also be a button on the "my recommendations" page (for each recommendation) that says: "I know about this artist/album/song, but I'm not interested. show my something else".
