Windows XP x64 is not supported by MyStrands Discovery for Windows ?

I have a 64bit AMD processor and I'm using Windows x64. I installed MyStrands for
iTunes and the MyStrands program crashes everytime I try to start it.

It does ask me for the email and password and it loads the GUI, but immediately after that it crashes. Same seems to happen with MyStrands for WMP. The exception that it raises is "System.BadImageFormatException".

Is this just a bug, or isn't Windows XP x64 supported by MyStrands ?

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this error. Could you send your MyStrands log file to support@mystrands.com ?

The log file is located at:

C:\Program Files\MyStrands_iTunes\MyStrands.log
C:\Program Files\MyStrands_WMP\MyStrands.log

depending upon which player you are using.

It would also be useful to know the version of your music player and of MyStrands.

This will help us sort out the problem.

Just to let you know, I run mystrands on a AMD Turion 64 Laptop with iTunes and it's been working with no trouble...

Except sometimes when I close iTunes the mystrands applicatino doesn't close and causes problems when I try to shut down the computer.
