SocialPlayer for Java doesn't read id3 tags in files NOT CBR 128

So here is a problem.
If the mp3 file has bitrate CBR 128 kbps, it is OK.
If it is different, then SocialPlayer can't read it.

Another Music Player, the built one in Nokia, does see these tags in all files and show them.

Also SocialPlayer does not send any info to last.fm, even when it can read these tags.

Can I have a workaroud, or is it possible to have this feature in future releases of software?

What is updated? Because I can't get it (SocialPlayer v3.2 for Java devices) to scrobble. Songs are posted to mystrands.com but not last.fm.
