User Experience and Design
(Senior) Mobile User Experience / Interaction Designer
We are looking for an accomplished User Experience / Interaction Designer to further strengthen our mobile team. In this position you are responsible for defining UI specifications, conducting concept design and usability evaluations for our mobile products and experiences. You closely cooperate with our mobile software developers and other product units to create the best possible mobile user experience fulfilling consumers' needs and exceeding their expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct application requirements gathering
- Defining specs for development team to implement user centered features
- Drive the design in our iterative and collaborative development cycles
- Design and conduct usability tests, feeding the results into next iterations
- Participate in meetings to discuss solutions and new applications
The suitable candidate for this position will have a degree in a relevant field such as HCI, psychology, computer or other relevant sciences. Our global business environment requires fluent spoken and written English.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience in User Interface, User Experience and/or Interaction Design
- Significant experience in designing production user interfaces
- Strong ability to conduct requirements gathering
- The ability to take ownership of the user experience
- Proven ability to quantifiably improve application performance
- Initiative, reliable and responsible with attention to details
- Good verbal/written communication skills in English
